Refund Eligibility Requirements
Boston Pizza maintains a fair and transparent refund policy for all our meal prepping creativity programs. Refund eligibility depends on several factors including timing, completion status, and specific circumstances.
Full Refund Window
Complete refunds available within 14 days of course enrollment, provided less than 25% of course materials have been accessed.
Partial Refund Period
75% refunds available within 30 days when less than 50% of course content has been completed or downloaded.
Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies, military deployment, or other qualifying hardships may extend standard refund periods with proper documentation.

This refund policy was last updated in January 2025 and applies to all enrollments from February 1, 2025 forward. Students enrolled prior to this date operate under previous policy terms available in their original enrollment agreements.

Credit and debit card refunds return to the original card used for purchase. If your card has expired, contact your bank to ensure proper crediting. International payments may incur currency conversion fees during the refund process, which are deducted from the refund amount.
